I spent the last three (3) decades in private practice providing Services in the Construction Industry, to
both private citizens and Financial Corporations (to assist in their decisions on financing Construction
Projects.

Prior to the time spent in the private sector, I was engaged in the public sector in the Physical Planning
Development. All these years of occupation were in the Caribbean Island of Dominica, commonly
referred to as the ‘Nature Isle’.

Education accomplishments include a Diploma in Construction Technology from Fanshawe College of
Arts Science and Technology in London, Ontario, Canada; and Diploma in Quantity Surveying from
College of Arts, Science and Technology (Now University of Technology), in Jamaica.

Consequent upon the above, I am confident and ready as a Sales Person in Real Estate to assist persons
in making their Dreams of Home Investment a Reality.
